Dale Ernest Stutzman, 85, of Somerset, PA died September 11, 2017 at Siemon's Lakeview Manor, Somerset.  Born December 15, 1931, in Somerset, he is the son of Ernest and Myrtle Leona (Sayers) Stutzman.  Preceded in death by his parents, son Dale F. Stutzman, brothers, Clifford and his wife Eileen, Lee and his wife Betty and sister, Margaret Nicholson and her husband Willard.  Survived by his wife the former Dorothy Jane Hall to whom he was married 66 years, daughters, Connie Mowry and husband Gene of Organia, OH, Cathy Leichliter and husband Bruce, Lori Walker and husband Blair all of Somerset, and Tammy Walters and husband Troy of Rockwood, also 9 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.  Dale is a 1950 graduate of Somerset High School, he worked until his retirement with 41 years of service as a computer engineer for GTE, he was also a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, he enjoyed hunting, gardening and many other hobbies.  The family would like to thank the staff at Siemon's for their excellent care and concern for their husband, father, grandfather.  Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset where a service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, with Reverend Richard Helsel officiating.  Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to Pleasant Hill UMC 810 Pleasant Hill Rd.
