Marie F. Fidi, 92, of Somerset, died November 24, 2016 at Meadowview Nursing Center, Berlin.  Born June 22, 1924 in Baltimore, MD, she is the daughter of Dominico and Gilda (Guerrieri) Grue.  Preceded in death by her parents, husband Fred Fortunato Fidi who died December 2, 2005, great granddaughter Ashley Marie Muckelroy, and brothers Ernest and Alfred Grue.  Survived by her daughter Theresa Moxley of Somerset, grandchildren, Anthony Moxley of Concord, NC, and Christine Beatty of Mt. Holly, NC, also great grandchildren, Casey Muckelroy and Andrew Beatty.  Marie worked until her retirement as an office manager for the former Modern Manufacturing where she retired in 1981, she was also a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.  Friends received 9-11 a.m. Monday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset where a service will immediately follow at 11 a.m. with Monsignor Samuel Tomaselli Celebrant.  Committal Somerset County Memorial Park.  Contributions may be made to St. Peter's Catholic Church 433 W.
