Minnie Mae (Engle) Gary, 95, of Somerset, died peacefully April 1, 2016, at Manor Care in Peters Township, Washington County, PA.  Born April 28, 1920, in Summit Township, Somerset County, PA, the daughter of Ernest George and Elizabeth Ann (Sanner) Engle.  Preceded in death by parents; husband Frank Ferling Gary who died Feb. 16, 2004; son, Paul E. Gary; sisters, Mary A. Engle, and  Mildred E. (Engle) Shaffer; brothers, Robert E. and Kenneth D. Engle and an infant brother George E. Engle. Survived by daughter, Janet E. Orawiec and husband Rudy R. of Venetia, PA; daughter-in-law Charmaine G. (Critchfield) Gary of Somerset, PA. Also survived by seven grandchildren: Trudi Ann (Orawiec) Alexander and husband Peter of Venetia, PA; Keith Gary Orawiec and wife Jean (Colangelo) of Beaver, PA; Celeste (Gary) Zambanini and husband Randy of Somerset, Penny Gary and husband Kevin Gartrell of LaVale, MD; Angel (Gary) Stanczyk, Somerset, PA; Paul Charles Gary and wife Breezy (Gaal) of Somerset, PA; and Bradley E. Gary and wife Rachel of LaValle, MD. Fourteen great-grandchildren: Lauren E., Danielle N. and Matthew J. Alexander, Shawna M. and Michael F. Orawiec, Trevor Zambanini, Colten Gary, Arianna and Matteo Gartrell, Marlee , Chloe, and Devin Stanczyk, Westin, and Bella Gary. Minnie was a member of Somerset Alliance Church where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years.  She had been active in both the former Rockwood E.U.B. Church and the Rockwood Evangelical Church.  She was the operator of Gary's Styling Boutique in Somerset for 35 years and enjoyed sewing. Per Minnie’s request there will be no viewing or visitation a private service will be conducted at the convenience of the family with Reverend Don Robson officiating.  Interment Rockwood I.O.O.F.
