Nora Idaleen Sechler, 86, of Somerset passed on to be with her Lord, on September 15, 2016 at Somerset Hospice House, Somerset. Born March 13, 1920 in Friedens, she is the daughter of Mervin McKinley and Grace Marie (Walker) Trent.  Preceded in death by her parents, husband Guy Marcellus Sechler who died April  2007, sons Ray Sechler who died May 2007, and Wayne Sechler who died December 2015, sister Betty Weaver, foster sister Pauline "Polly" Hoover, brothers Bruce, Jay, Robert, and an infant brother Mervin  Jr. also great grandson Austin Shultz.  Nora is a devoting and loving mother of 6 children, 22 grandchildren, and 30 great-grandchildren.  She cherished every one of them. Surviving children include: Cathy (Sam) Schmuck of Rockwood, Kenneth (Sharon) Sechler of Shepherdstown, WV, Diane (Barry) Bittner of Berlin, Georgia (Robert) Harrold of Rockwood, daughters-in-law, Ann Sechler of Rockwood, and Vicki Sechler of Markleton, brothers: Donald Trent and Lewis Trent both of Friedens and sisters-in-law Bessie Trent of Friedens and Helen Weaver of Somerset.  Nora is a 1949 graduate of Somerset High School, she also attended the New Centerville Church of God, she was a hard working dairy farmers wife, and dedicated her time to her family.  A thank you goes out to the many caregivers that assisted with mothers care the last 4 years in her home.  She was grateful for all the many phone calls from her friends over the years, even when the communication was difficult.  She loved you.  To the staff at Somerset Hospice House, thank you very much for your tender touch of comfort for our Mother.  Friends received 2-8 p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset and one hour prior to the service at the church which will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at New Centerville Church of God, New Centerville with Reverend Timothy Show officiating.  Interment New Centerville Union Cemetery.  www.haugerzeigler.com
