Ray Lester Ash, 77, of Somerset, died February 6, 2018 at Siemon's Lakeview Manor. Born September 10, 1940 in Somerset, he is the son of the late Merle K. and Violet Irene (Brandt) Ash. Survived by his wife the former Emaline "Jeanie" Fleegle to whom he was married 38 years, children, Mary Alongis of Ohio, Louis Alongis and wife Emily of Hollsopple, and Lisa Alongis-Giboyeaux and companion Jim Koval of Somerset, 4 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren, also sisters, Helen Bell and Maxine Rankin and husband Harry, and brother Randy L. Ash all of Somerset. Ray worked until his retirement as a painter. No viewing or visitation per Ray's request. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
