Barry Lee Dunmyer, 61, of Somerset, died June 13, 2018 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born August 11, 1956 in Somerset, he is the son of Elmer Roy and Alda Florence (Schilling) Dunmyer. Preceded in death by his parents, sister Karen Dunmyer and brother Ronald R. Dunmyer Sr. Survived by his former wife Rhonda Carson of Markleton, her daughter Crystal Powell and fiance Aaron Kraemer and her daughter Marissa Knopsnyder of Somerset, also survived by his former brother-in-law Ronald Shumaker Jr. Barry was a 1975 graduate of Rockwood High School, he worked for many years as a chef for various resorts in Colorado. Friends received 1-2 p.m Sunday July 1, 2018 at Milford United Methodist Church, Somerset, where a service will immediately follow at 2 p.m. with Reverends Douglas Burns and John Snyder officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
