Joseph Lee Foy, 28, of Somerset, died May 5, 2018 in Somerset. He is the son of April Mae (Boyer) Mains of Somerset, and Terry Lee Foy of Berlin. Also survived by his son Ian Harold Lee Foy of Windber, and brothers; Darrell K. Boyer of Michigan, Terry L. Foy Jr. of Pittsburgh and Harry L. Foy of Somerset. Joseph worked many jobs including construction. Friends received 2-4 p.m. Thursday at New Beginnings Outreach Center, Boswell, where a service will immediately follow at 4 p.m. with Pastor Kurtis L. Frampton officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the funeral home.
