Scott Eugene Whipkey, 44, of Friedens, died November 28, 2018 at his home. Born March 13, 1974 in Somerset, he is the son of Eugene Leslie and Dianna Darlene (Miller) Whipkey. Survived by his parents of Pooler, GA, wife the former Alisha Janine Tinkey to whom he was married 20 years, sisters; Theresa Mort and husband Robert Jr. of Pooler, GA, and Sherri Mull and husband Gary Jr. of Boswell, also numerous nieces and nephews, and his faithful companions, his dogs; Jasper and Ruby. Scott is a 1992 graduate of Somerset High School, he worked as a diesel mechanic for Legacy Truck Centers, he was a member of FOE Aerie 1801, he also enjoyed hunting, old cars, watching races and going to his nieces and nephews sporting events. Friends received 4-8 p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, where a service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, with Reverend Dr. Arthur J.
