Alzene Grace Miller

Alzene Grace Miller, 95, of Somerset, died December 19, 2019 at The Patriot. Born October 2, 1924 in Somerset, PA, she is the daughter of Wilson Dewey and Olive (Gahring) Pyle. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Telford Clayton Miller who died January 22, 2015, and brothers Roy and Ray Pyle. Survived by her children; Barry Miller married to the former Nancy Jones, Randy Miller married to the former Peggy Hoffman, Lynnette Walters and husband Gary all of Somerset, and Terry Miller married to the former Tammy Baer of Friedens, grandchildren; Travis Miller of Pittsburgh, Nicole Walker and husband Brian of Rockwood, Sandy Knupp and husband Josh, Corey Walters and wife Paige all of Somerset, Troy Miller and girlfriend Beth of Stoystown, and Tigh Miller and wife Becky all of Friedens, great-grandchildren;Hunter, Rayleigh, and Westin. Alzene was a graduate of Somerset High School, she worked until her retirement as a bookkeeper for her husbands construction company, she was also a member of Samuels Lutheran Church. Friends received 2-5 p.m. Saturday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral home & Cremation Services, Somerset, where a service will immediately follow at 5 p.m. with Reverend Lee Gable officiating.
