Arnold Karl Hearn, 80, of Somerset, died August 13, 2024 at The Patriot. Born June 27, 1944 in Somerset, he is the son of Charles Thomas and Anna (Dimpfl) Hearn. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Delmont, Richard, Robert "Butch", and William Hearn, and sisters Lois Pacifico, Patricia Maurer, and Eleanor Gilbert. Survived by his children Sonja Fertigs, Michelle Bilia, and Daniel Hearn, 6 grandchildren, and 1 step-grandchild,siblings, Barbara Stanton and husband Donald, Larry Hearn and wife Sherayn and Phyllis Cane and husband Robert. Arnold was a 1962 graduate of Somerset High School, he worked as a truck driver and later for the PA Turnpike as a mechanic and tunnel guard. He was a member of the Somerset County Truckers Association, and attended Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witnesses in Somerset. Friends received 12 noon-2 p.m. Saturday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, where a service will follow at 2 p.m. with Speaker Carl Carlson officiating.
