Bradley Dale Cramer, 68, of Rockwood, died April 4, 2021 at UPMC Mercy Hospital. Born August 19, 1952 in Somerset, he is the son of the late Dale Richard and Dolores (Barron) Cramer. Survived by his his soulmate Peggy Herring of Rockwood and her children and grandchildren: Chad, Corey, Jodi, Sydney, Caiden, and Zach, sister Jayne Bahrenburg of Glenside, brother Troy Cramer of Pittsburgh, and niece Julianne Bahrenburg. Brad was a 1970 graduate of Rockwood High School, and a 1974 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He was a long time public servant and worked for the Somerset Borough Police Department where he retired as Chief of Police, following retirement he worked for the Conemaugh Twp. Police Department, and was currently serving his second term as Somerset County Sherrif. Brad was a member of Lodge 554 F&AM, Fraternal Order of Police, he created the Somerset Search and Rescue Team, was a life member of New Centerville Volunteer Fire Dept., he was active with the Farmer's and Threshermens Jubilee, he enjoyed antique cars, and going to car shows, and had a love for animals. Friends received 6-8 p.m. Monday and 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday a the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, a service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Somerset Alliance Church, Somerset with Pastor Marc Valentine officiating.
