Obituary

Carol Kay McCorkle, 79, of Somerset died March 24, 2023 at her home. Born July 22, 1943 in Warren, OH. She is the daughter of the late Glenn W. and Joan (Tracy) Swab. Survived by her husband Wilford George McCorkle Jr. to whom she was married 53 years, and sister Judith L. Bogden and husband Walter of Warren, OH, and numerous nieces and nephews. Carol worked until her retirement as a secretary for the McDonald brand of US Steel, she was also a member of Order of Eastern Star Chapter 138. No viewing or visitation a private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment Jefferson Memorial Cemetery.
