Carolyn Fay (Deist) Zimmerman, 74, died December 20, 2021 at her home. Born June 17, 1947 in Somerset, she is the daughter of D. Lee and Shirley Fay (Klebonis) Deist. Preceded in death by her parents, son Perry Jay Zimmerman, and infant son Darin Lee Zimmerman, and sister Barbara Deist. Survived by her husband of 52 years Jay W. Zimmerman, and son Chad Zimmerman of Jacksonville, FL. Per Carolyn's request services will be private. Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.
