Charlotte Esther Foor

Charlotte Esther Foor, 99, of Somerset, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 18, 2026 at Countryside Personal Care Home, Friedens. Born July 10, 1926 in in Berlin, she is the daughter of Charles W. and C. Edith (Hostetler) Gindlesperger. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Harry H. "Austin" Foor, grandson Bradley Eugene Foor and siblings Carl, Vera Wellington, Charles Willard, Richard, Dwight, Larry and Carol,. Charlotte was the last surviving member of her family. Survived by her sons Richard (Cheryl), Roger (Carol) and John (M. Sue), grandchildren Vicki (Donny) Hillegas, Roger Jr. (Denise) Foor, Julie Blubaugh and Matthew (Heather) Foor, six great-grandchildren Josh (Gabby) Foor, Megan Foor, Alaina (Alex) Chinnici, Cole, Ryan, and Eric Blubaugh, McKelvey and Alexis Dawn Foor, three great-great grandchildren Alexis C., Dominick and Kain Foor. Charlotte retired from the former Gilmour Manufacturing Company. She loved to read, crochet and knit. The family would like to thank the staff at Countryside Personal Care Home for the love and excellent care they gave to Charlotte while she resided there. Friends received 10-11 a.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, where a service will immediately follow at 11 a.m. with Reverend Michael Dunlap officiating.
