Dale Eugene Ogline, 84, of Berlin, died August 31, 2022 at Meadow View Nursing Center. Born March 19, 1938 in Somerset, he is the son of Earl Leon and Marguerite Rose (Brant) Ogline. Preceded in death by his parents, and brothers: Edward, Robert and Ray Ogline. Survived by his wife the former Evelyn Elizabeth Foust to whom he was married 63 years, daughter Wendy Martin and husband Robert of Somerset, brother and sisters: Larry Ogline and wife Nancy of Hallstead, Joyce Brant and husband John of Somerset, Judith Penrod and husband Norman of Windber, and Karen Henry of Delmont. Dale was a 1956 graduate of Somerset High School, he worked for Beckwith Machinery Co. where he retired. He was a member of American Legion, FOE, New Baltimore Sportsmen's Association, Mountain Field and Stream Club, and he was an avid hunter. Per the families requires there will be no viewing or visitation, a private service will be conducted at the convenience of the family with Reverend Dr. Joseph Beer officiating. Interment Somerset County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Somerset "In Touch" Hospice PO Box 1173, Somerset, PA 15501.
