Darrell Yutzy, 91, of Somerset, died July 7, 2022 at his home. Born August 5, 1930 in Meyersdale, he is the son of Melvin J. and Lillie (Baer) Yutzy. Preceded in death by his parents, wife the former Dorothy Elaine Saylor who died February 13, 2019, daughter Bonnie Lou Yutzy, sister Helen Gnagey and an infant brother. Survived by his son Ronald D. Yutzy married to the former Sherry Saylor, grandson Christopher Yutzy and wife Tami all of Somerset, grandchildren; Spencer and Symantha "Sami" Yutzy, brothers and sister; Donald and Dale Yutzy and Shirley Ohler. Darrell worked for Berkey Locker, later for Drum Cone Company, and lastly for DeVilbiss where he retired, he enjoyed golfing and playing the guitar. No viewing or visitation, a private service will be conducted at the convenience of the family with Reverend J. Matthew Deal officiating. Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.
