David Hill, 69, of York, PA, formerly of Somerset, died July 2, 2020 in York, PA. Born November 27, 1950 in Somerset, PA. He is the son of Sarah Grace (Bowers) and Alex Albert Hill. Preceded in death by his parents, wife the former Sharon Mellott who died in 2016, and a brother Gene. Survived by his brother Tom of Listie, PA, Son Aaron Hill and wife Lindsay, and grandchildren: Kate, Cole, Dylan, Emma, Chloe and Zander. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m....

September 24, 2020 6:34 PMDear Aaron, I grew up with your Dad as we visited every summer as kids. She was a fun and playful cousin. As we grew up we didn't get together so often. We kept in touch and I last visited them before your Mom passed and They both were warm and loving. I spoke with your Dad on the phone a few more times and will remember his warm humor and loving ways. He was a great cousin and I know he was a great Dad. Please know we remember the good times. My heart goes out to you and the grandkids. I will be thinking of you this Saturday and after will think of your Dad in heaven meeting up with all those we have lost. Much Love
