Dawn Seese Biancotti, 72, of Friedens, died July 7, 2022 at Siemon's Lakeview Manor. Born January 20, 1950 in Somerset, she is the daughter of the late Oscar J. and Dorothy Florence (Young) Seese. Survived by her husband Jack Wilson Biancotti to whom she was married 46 years, and son Christopher Biancotti and wife Valerie of Friedens. Dawn was a 1967 graduate of Somerset High School, and received her M.A. from Shippensburg University. She taught english at Newport High School, then Somerset High School, Rockwood High School, and lastly taught for Somerset Children and Youth where she retired. Dawn was a member of Friedens Lutheran Church, she was an accomplished pianist and tennis player. Friends received 5-7 p.m. Monday at the Friedens Lutheran Church, and 10-11 a.m. Tuesday where a service will immediately follow at 11 a.m. with Reverend John Barichivich officiating.
