Pastor Don Judy, age 82, a devoted servant of the Lord and beloved husband, father, and grandfather, entered his eternal rest with his Lord and Saviour on October 9, 2025. Born July 8, 1943 in Rockwood, the son of Earl W. and Stella B. (Miller) Judy. Pastor Judy graduated from Bob Jones University, He was ordained to the ministry at Laurel Mountain Chapel on June 16, 1973 and faithfully pastored there for 52 years. His commitment to sharing the Gospel and selflessly shepherding his congregation left a lasting impact on countless lives. For many years, he preached many weekly sermons on "Christ for America" Radio Broadcast. He loved his family dearly but above all, his life was marked by his unwavering devotion to the Lord. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Ken and Eugene Judy. He is survived by his beloved, wife, Mabel "Carole" (Ansell) Judy; 4 daughters: Lori (Shane) Ivy, Amy (Damon) Ivy, Lynn Judy, and Vonda (Seth) Lorenz; 8 grandchildren: Nathan (Susanna) Ivy, Matthew (Macey) Ivy, Kaitlyn (James) Quinlan, Seth (Maggie) Ivy, Justin (Rebecca) Ivy, Ryan (Mekensie) Ivy, Joshua Hewell, and Aaron Lorenz; 9 great grandchildren: Ian Ivy, Evelyn Ivy, Allison Ivy, Brynlee Ivy, Marshall Ivy, Clarke Ivy, Myles Ivy, Silas Ivy, and Baby Quinlan on the way. Pastor Judy's legacy of faith, love and service will continue to inspire all who knew and loved him. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct 12, 2025 and from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Monday, Oct 13, 2025 at Laurel Mountain Chapel, 2428 at Laurel Mountain Chapel, 2428 Copper Kettle Hwy., Rockwood, Copper Kettle Hwy., Rockwood. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday following viewing, with Pastor Tom Horner officiating. Interment Beachdale Cemetery, Berlin.
