Harvey Allen Suter

Harvey Allen Suter, 91, of Somerset, died June 21, 2021 at The Patriot.  Born July 6, 1929 in Somerset, he is the son of Clarence Foster and Melda (Will) Suter.  Preceded in death by his parents,wife the former Nancy J. Bittner who died March 7, 2015, step-mother Blanche (Landis) Suter and sister Mary Gnagey.  Survived by his daughter, Kathy Ludwig, wife of Dale, Somerset; grandchildren, Wendi Brewer, Anthony Shaulis and Shaun Shaulis and wife Lori; great-grandchildren, Kristen, Michaell, Tanner, Carter, Reese, Kailea and Madyson; great-great-grandchildren, Sahara, Serenity, Sagelyn, and Sequoia, also step-brothers and sisters.  Harvey worked until his retirement as a truck driver for Cooper & Jarrett where he won many awards during his carreer.  He also enjoyed tractors and his cat Bootsy.  No viewing or visitation a private service will be held at the convenience of the family.  Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.  Arrangements by the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset.
