Helen Elizabeth Winters

Helen Elizabeth Winters, 85 of Somerset, died November 10, 2023 at her home. Born March 23, 1938 in Rockwood, she is the daughter of Walter and Opal "Lucille" (Ritenour) Kalp. Preceded in death by her parents, first husband Floyd Bruner, second husband Duane Winters, and long time companion Leonard Wozniak, and sister Virginia May. Survived by her daughter Carol Anderson and husband Randy Sr. of Somerset, grandsons: Randy Anderson Jr. and companion Amanda Rose, and Derek Anderson, great-grandchildren: Jeremiah and Catherine Anderson, Sophia Shaulis and companion Logan, Matthew Shaulis and wife April, Miranda and Aubrey McCorkle, great-great-granddaughter Stella Shaulis, brothers, Robert Kalp, and Dale Kalp and wife Lorraine, sister, Ethel Monticue and husband Valjean, and special dog Dexter. Helen was the first woman bus driver for Somerset Schools, she also worked as an aide for Siemon's Nursing Home, and the McGinley House, she was also a member of Calvary on the Mountain Global. Friends received 9-11 a.m Monday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, where a service will immediately follow at 11 a.m with Reverend Duane Riddle officiating.
