James Howard Finzel, 62, of Somerset, died June 5, 2021 at him home. Born January 16, 1959 in Cumberland, MD, he is the son of C. Donald Finzel and Gwen Winter. Preceded in death by his father. Survived by his mother of Eckart, MD, wife the former Roxeann "Annie" Bluebaugh to whom he was married 32 years, children; Cheyrl A. Finzel of Frostburg, and Jeremy J. Finzel of Somerset, grandchildren; Noah, Preston, and Jakob, and brothers; Rodney and Steven Finzel. James had formerly worked in the construction industry as a sandblaster/spray painter.
