Janet Esther (Craig) Logan

Janet Esther Logan, 82, of Somerset, PA, died July 31, 2020 at Siemon's Lakeview Manor. Born December 17,1937 in Lewistown, she is the daughter of Samuel and Phyllis (Maunder) Craig. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Merle Edward Logan who died in 2008, children: Richard Scott, Lori Jo, and Craig Alan Logan, and twin brother Boyd Craig. Survived by her daughters: Kim S. Logan and companion Terry Paxton, and Lisa Lohr and husband Dr. Duane all of Somerset, grandchildren: Christopher Snyder of Somerset, Eric Gonzales and partner Luke Augustus of Pensacola, FL, Logan Victoria Paxton and companion Luke Byers of Windber, Sheena Pile and husband Christopher of Somerset, Carrie Mostoller of Raleigh, NC, Courtney Lohr and fiance Bernie Seth of Westmont, Brandon Lohr and wife Maggie of Silver Spring, MD, great-grandchildren: Deegan, Lochlynn, and Gabriel. Janet was a 1956 graduate of Lewistown High School, she worked along with her husband as a manager for the former J.S. Raub Shoe Store, she later worked for Mental Health as a house parent. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, was a member of WDS, she enjoyed going to the Senior Center, baking and crocheting, and loved her chihuahuas. Due to current heath concerns, a private viewing and service will be held Wednesday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, with Pastor David McCall officiating.
