Jesse Edward Burk Jr., 56, of Somerset, died April 2, 2023 at his home. Born March 26, 1967 in Medina, OH, he is the son of Jesse Edward and Karen Louise (Gardner) Burk Sr. Preceded in death by his parents, and brother Vincent E. Burk. Survived by his wife the former Teresa Lynn Reid to whom he was married 32 years, daughters: Jessica Burk of Johnstown, Samantha, and Melissa Burk both of Somerset, grandchildren: Rylin, Liam, and McKenna, brother Brad L. Burk and wife Elizabeth of Stoystown, and sister Virginia "Ginny" Walters and husband Jeremy Walters of Garrett. Jesse was a 1985 graduate of Somerset High School, he was a US Marine Corps Veteran, he was currently working for Wheeler Brothers. He was a member of NRA, enjoyed riding motorcycles and 4 wheelers, and spending time with his grandchildren. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, where a service will be conducted at 11 a.,m.
