Julie Lea Schrock, 52, of Rockwood, died January 15, 2025 at her home. Born April 18, 1972 in Somerset, she is the daughter of Robert Eugene and Marilyn Crystal (Altfather) Carouse. Preceded in death by her father. Survived by her mother of Somerset, husband J. Elton Schrock to whom she was married 30 years, son Nathan Schrock and fiance Kaitlyn Friedline of Rockwood, granddaughter Emily Schrock, and sisters Crystal "Cris" Sprock and husband Craig of Somerset and Natalie Baran and husband Mark of Glassport. Julie was a 1990 graduate of Somerset High School, a 1992 graduate of the Pittsburgh Art Institute, and attended the Somerset Alliance Church. Julie was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Friends received 10-11 a.m. Saturday January 25, 2025 at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, where a service will immediately follow at 11 a.m with Reverend Dr. Scott Ream officiating.
