Kathryn Mae Meyers

Kathryn Mae Meyers, 86, of Somerset, died May 27, 2020 at Somerset Hospice House. Born June 24, 1933 in McKeesport, she is the daughter of Alfred and Lucetta Mae (Swartz) Osselburn. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Glenn Ray Meyers who died January 1, 1998, and sister Ida Joyce McNeel. Survived by her children: Pamela Burkett and husband Kenneth, Ronald G. Meyers and wife Brenda all of Somerset, Joyce Henry and husband Gregg of Rockwood, Janice Shaffer and husband David of Daytona Beach, FL, Susan R. Shifflet of Portage, Marsha Shaulis and husband Steven of Somerset, Michelle Eppley and husband Douglas of Jennerstown, and Billie Jo Weyant and husband Denton of Garrett, 21 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren, also her brother William A. Osselburn Sr. and wife Carol of Somerset, and half sister Shirley Jenkiins of Mt. Pleasant. Kathryn was a graduate of Somerset High School, she loved gardening, watching the Pirate's, needlepoint, and spending time with her family and her dog Lacy. Due to current health concerns viewing and services will be private at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, with Reverend Timothy Dietrich officiating.
