Kenneth E. "Neil" Saylor, died peacefully on Saturday, August 26, 2023, Kenneth E. "Neil" Saylor, age 95, of Ross Twp. Beloved husband of 70 years to the late Calvin Dawson McCarrol; son of the late Kenneth and Mary (Ebaugh) Saylor; Uncle of Mike Hixson, Timothy Hixon, Bradley Moyer and Pam (Roger) Thomas; Kenneth was a floral designer with Moortgat Studios in Glenshaw for 30 years. He was also a Veteran of the Korean War where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal with Combat "V" for heroism. Services will be private. Interment Husband Cemetery.
