Larry Frazier Obituary

Larry Kenneth "Uncle Joe" Frazier, 82, of Somerset, died March 6, 2020 at Somerset Hospice House. Born June 10, 1937 in Somerset, he is the son of Willis Guy and Diola Olive (Robinson) Frazier. Preceded in death by his parents and brother James K. Frazier. Survived by his sisters Pat Murray and husband Charles of Winter Haven FL, and Lou Herwig of Friedens and sister-in-law Betty Frazier, nieces and nephews; Dave Murray (Carol), Barbara Barron (Jay), Doug Frazier, Barry Frazier (Lisa), Sharon Christe (Savannah), Mike Herwig, Randy Herwig (Mary), and Eric (Pam) and numerous great nieces and nephews. Joe was a 1956 graduate of Somerset High School, and a US Army Veteran of Vietnam. He worked until his retirement as a plumber for Frazier's Plumbing and Heating. He was a life member of VFW Post 554, FOE Aerie 1801, Stoystown American Legion Post 257 and the New Baltimore Sportsmans. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, where a service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday. Interment Lavansville Lutheran Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Somerset "In Touch" Hospice PO Box 1173, Somerset, PA 1550.
