Mark Wayne Friedline, 49, of Somerset, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at U.P.M.C. Somerset. Born August 1,1971 in Somerset. He is the son of Wayne W. Friedline and Carol (Brant) Friedline Lucente. Preceded in death by his father. Survived by the love of his life, Susan (Stahl) Friedline and children, Levi (Kelsey), Keri (Bryer), Zachary (Riley), Jeb, Tanner, AvaBella, Lakin, & Gracelyn. Brother Mike (Cheryl) of Listie, sister Wanda (Robert) Sines of Maryland, sister Ann (Bill) Kerr of Friedens, step-mother Judy Saville & family. Mark joined the Listie V.F.C. in 1988 and served as past President and Vice President playing major roles in the founding of LVFC Haunted Forest events, Listie Grove Pulling, advocate for young boys (& girls) pulling semis. Mark served on church council at Faith Lutheran. Mark was a member of Somerset FFA. Mark proposed the idea in 2015 of a fundraiser convoy, for the last 6 years Make-A-Wish® Trucks for Smiles has been a huge success. He was on the C.D.L. Occupational Advisory Committee at the Somerset County Vo-tech & the Somerset County Fairboard. Mark dearly cherished his 8 beautiful children and his bride of 26 years. Mark was a hard working man and provider for his family. He drove milk truck for the first eight years of his career, and purchased the family business from his father. Wayne in 2007. Family will receive friends Sunday, November 22 from 10AM-2:30PM. Service starts at 2:30PM at the Hauger Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, PA with Pastor Andrew Broucher officiating, as well as Jimmy Hinton. Interment at the Mizpah Cemetery, Friedens, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Listie VFC PO Box 143 Listie, PA 15549 as well as the Somerset Christian School, 708 Stoystown Road, Somerset, PA 15501 where a scholarship fund is set up in Mark's name.
!!!!!SPRING OF 2021 there will be a celebration of Mark's life @ Somerset County Fairgrounds!!!!! Due to current regulations, masks, social distance and occupancy guidelines will be strictly adhered to.
