Ricke Lynn Shaulis, 56, of Rockwood, died November 30, 2019 at his home. Born February 21, 1963 in Euclid, OH, he is the son of Saundra Lea (Williams) Jones of Ligonier and Ronald W. Shaulis and his wife Alice of Rockwood. Preceded in death by his son Robert Wood, and step-father Dennis E. Jones. Also survived by his life partner Julie Wood, children; Colby James Wood and wife Amy, and Jennifer Lynn Ansell and husband Harold "B.J." III all of Somerset, grandchildren; Skyler, Colin, Erin, Julian, and Max and brothers and sister; William B. Shaulis and wife Laurie of Somerset, David S. Shaulis of Rockwood, and Susan R. Wasser and husband Mark of Cheswick, PA. Ricke was a 1981 graduate of Somerset High School, he worked along with his brother as a construction foreman for their business Custom Contracting. He also enjoyed woodworking and restoring cars. Friends received 10-11 a.m. Saturday at Bethany United Methodist Church where a service will follow at 11 a.m with Reverend Barry Ritenour officiating. Interment Bethany Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to meet the needs of the family.
