Sarah "Sally" Katherine Schrock, 87, Somerset, passed away June 8, 2025. Sally, born on September 4, 1937, was the daughter of Walter & Rosella (Haines) Noakes. She was married to the late Dr. Stanley L. Schrock for 55 years. Together they raised three sons: Gregory (Lois), Lancaster; Dr. Kirk (Laura), Somerset and Mark (Rita), Houston, TX. She loved her six grandchildren: Brian (Ashyton), Evan, Jack, Sam, Chloe & Caleb. She is survived by her brother Donald (Sharon) Noakes, Berlin and her nieces Natalie (Jeff) Grabelcik; Stephanie (Christopher) Shorette, Hayley Noakes, Cindy (Jim) Gooden, Kimberly Rood and sister-in-law Loretta Davidson. Proceeded in death by her parents, husband Stan, son Greg, brother Sidney Noakes and brother-in-law Ronald Davidson. Sally was a graduate of Somerset High School & the Western Pennsylvania Hospital School of Nursing in Pittsburgh were she earned her associate degree in nursing. Sally worked at the Somerset State Hospital as an RN supervisor before working until her retirement at the age of 74 at Schrock Chiropractic Clinic in Somerset. Sally was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and past volunteer for many years at Meals on Wheels. Sally will be fondly remembered for her avid flower gardening, her love for spending time with her family & her cherished days at Ocean City, NJ with them. The family would like to extend a thank you to everyone at Countryside Personal Care Home and Heartland Hospice for their care. A private service for immediate family only will be held with Rev.
