Shirley A. Zimmerman, 83, of Wayne, MI formerly of Somerset, died Feb. 18, 2020 surrounded by her family. Born Auguest 9, 1936 in Somerset, she is the daughter of Charles D. and Mary Louise Wood. She is preceded in death by her parents, and stepfather Lester Flickinger. Survived by her husband Elmer Zimmerman, and sons; Mark Zimmerman and wife Teresa Ratliff, Mike Zimmerman and wife Melissa, and grandsons; Mark and Chad Zimmerman and Anthony Ochelak, also 5 great-grandchildren and many cousins. She enjoyed camping with her family, shopping, and baby-sitting her grand-dogs. Friends received 10-11 a.m. Saturday June 20, 2002 at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, where a service will immediately follow at 11 a.m. with Reverend Dr. Arthur Gotjen officiating. www.haugerzeigler.com
