Stella Mae (Pletcher) Beeman, 89 , of Somerset, died October 26, 2023 at her residence. Born November 26, 1933 in Connellsville, the daughter of Harry Miller and Ethel (Ritenour) Pletcher.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl Francis "Bull" Beeman; sons: Earl and Ronald Beeman; grandchildren: Michael Sheets and Jason Beeman; sisters: Elsie Pritts and Dolly Bowen; son-in-law: Pete Berkey.
Survived by her children: Connie Sheetz husband Lee; John Beeman and wife Loretta; Brenda Berkey; Raymond Beeman wife Deborah; Cheryl Bennett husband Alan; Shawn Beeman and wife Amy; grandchildren: Amanda Mostoller, Jennifer Robinson, Christopher Nedrow, Amy Doverspike, Kelly Hoffman, Lisa Kimmel, Scott Berkey, Jackie Berkey, Raven Beeman, and Shaye Conklin; 16 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
She was an active member of the First Church, Somerset. She loved to garden, sew, and help others, especially taking a covered dish to others or attending the Senior Center.
Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset. Viewing from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Thursday at The First Church, Somerset, with Pastor David McCall officiating. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
