Wilbur Andrew Foy, 71, of Boswell, died February 6, 2026 at UPMC Altoona, Born September 8, 1954 in Somerset, he is the son of Wilbur C. and Virginia M. (Miller) Foy. Preceded in death by his parents, wife the former Linda Leona Wright, brothers Donald David and James Foy, and sister Shirley Trent. Survived by his sons William Foy of Jenners, and David D. Foy and fiance Jill Lohr of Gray, 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, brothers and sister Jack Foy, Robert Foy, Thomas Foy and wife Denise, Albert Foy and wife Tina, and Neva Glessner and husband Rodney. Wilbur worked until his retirement as a coal miner for Rock Coal, and enjoyed hunting. Friends received 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday with Reverend Michael Dunlap officiating.
