William Ray Kelly

William Ray Kelly (Bill), 68, of Somerset, died August 23, 2025 at Somerset Healthcare and Rehab. Born January 27, 1957 in Somerset, he is the son of Shirl Jay Ray Kelly and Barbara Ann (Morelli) Hay. Preceded in death by his parents, step-father Roger Lee Hay, and brother Donald Kelly. Survived by his former wife Cindy Albright Kelly. Sons William Ray Kelly (Billy), Jimmy-John Kelly and a son Christopher Kelly, grandson Shane Ray Kelly who he was so proud of, sisters Theresa Smith (Phil), Vickie McElligot, and Cynthia Svonavec (John) and numerous nieces and nephews. Bill attended Rockwood High School, and was an associate member of the American Legion, and VFW. He work as a mechanic and enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing pool and being with friends. Bill, "Uncle Bill" will live on in the jokes we tell and the stories we share. Like Bill, we should laugh often, live life to the fullest, and worry less. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A memorial service is being planned for Bill on September 27, 2025 at a place and time to be announced.
