Lena M. (Brugh) Miller, 86, of Rockwood, died September 8, 2016 at her home.  Born August 28, 1930 in Somerset County, she is the daughter of Harvey Luther and Edna Grace (Henry) Brugh.  Preceded in death by her parents, husband Mahlon Jacob "M.J." Miller who died March 6, 1995, sister Alice Deal and her husband Earl, brothers: Paul and his wife Pearl, Harold and his wife Patricia, and Clyde Brugh.  Survived by her daughter Joanna Miller-Ash and her husband Scott and her beloved grandson Alexander Ash, also numerous nieces and nephews of whom she was very close, and her most caring caregivers Jimmy and Amy and their entire families who she adored.  Lena was a 1948 graduate of Somerset High School, and a lifelong member of Messiah Lutheran Church.  Friends received 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday September 17, 2016 at Messiah Lutheran Church, New Centerville where a service will immediately follow at 1 p.m. with Reverend Lee Gable officiating.  Interment New Centerville Union Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church PO Box 126 Rockwood, PA 15557.
